Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website thrivelife.life and any marketing services provided by ThriveLife Marketing Pte. Ltd. ("ThriveLife", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About ThriveLife
ThriveLife Marketing Pte. Ltd. is a private company limited by shares registered in Singapore (UEN: 202795836K) with its registered office at 1 HarbourFront Avenue, #14-07 Keppel Bay Tower, Singapore 098632. We provide growth planning, paid media management, search engine optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, measurement and reporting, and lifecycle marketing services to businesses. We are a marketing agency — not a wellness provider, life coaching practice, supplement retailer, or insurance company.
2. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in Singapore or your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks.
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the website.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without our prior written consent.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without permission.
- Impersonate ThriveLife or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
- Use the website to send unsolicited commercial communications.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for users who violate these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on thrivelife.life — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, design, and software — is owned by ThriveLife or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
The "ThriveLife" name and logo are trademarks of ThriveLife Marketing Pte. Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
4. Marketing Services
Services are provided under separate written agreements (statements of work, retainer agreements, or project contracts) that specify scope, deliverables, fees, timelines, and termination conditions. In the event of conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement prevails for that engagement.
4.1 Scope and deliverables
We deliver services as described in the agreed scope document. Changes to scope require written approval from both parties and may affect fees and timelines. We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, including rankings, ROAS, lead volumes, or revenue figures.
4.2 Client responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide timely access to ad accounts, analytics, CMS, and other tools required for service delivery.
- Review and approve plans, creative, and landing pages within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure all materials provided to us do not infringe third-party rights or violate advertising regulations.
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms.
- Maintain account ownership and provide admin access as needed.
4.3 Fees and payment
Retainer and project fees are invoiced monthly or per milestone as specified in the client agreement. Media spend is paid directly by the client to advertising platforms. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month and may result in suspension of services after written notice.
4.4 Term and termination
Retainer agreements typically require 30 days' written notice for termination by either party unless otherwise specified. Upon termination, we provide account handover documentation and transfer access to all client-owned assets. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
5. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Performance metrics, case studies, and benchmarks on our website reflect historical client results and are not guarantees of future performance. Marketing outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, product quality, competitive activity, and client operations.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, ThriveLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to ThriveLife in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThriveLife, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the website, or your provision of materials that infringe third-party rights.
8. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the website, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may link to third-party websites and services, including advertising platforms, analytics tools, and social media. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were last made. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
