FAQ
Questions we hear often
Straight answers about who we are, what we do, and how we work. If your question is not here, get in touch.
We receive a wide range of enquiries — some from businesses looking for performance marketing, others from people who found us searching for wellness products or life coaching. This page clarifies what ThriveLife actually is and how we operate.
"ThriveLife" — is this wellness, life coaching, supplements or life insurance?
No. ThriveLife Marketing Pte. Ltd. is a growth and performance marketing agency registered in Singapore (UEN 202795836K). We plan and buy media, optimise websites for search and conversion, build measurement systems, and manage lifecycle marketing automation. We do not sell wellness products, provide life coaching, distribute supplements, or offer insurance of any kind. The name reflects our focus on helping businesses thrive through evidence-based marketing — not personal wellbeing services or financial products.
What does a growth review involve?
A growth review is a 45-minute session — in person at our HarbourFront office or over video — where we assess your current marketing setup. We look at your channels, spend levels, tracking infrastructure, recent results, and stated business goals. You receive an honest assessment of what is working, what is not, and whether there is a fit for us to work together. There is no obligation to proceed, and no sales pressure. If we are not the right agency for your situation, we will say so and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
What industries do you work with?
We work primarily with B2B SaaS, professional services, e-commerce, and fintech companies in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. Our sweet spot is businesses spending between SGD 5,000 and SGD 50,000 per month on marketing who need structured planning, execution, and measurement — not a one-off campaign or creative-only project. We decline engagements in industries we cannot measure properly or where regulatory constraints prevent transparent reporting.
How is pricing structured?
We offer monthly retainers scoped to the services required — strategy, media management, SEO, CRO, measurement, or a combination. Retainer fees are separate from media spend, which is paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) by you. We provide a written scope document before any engagement begins, with clear deliverables, reporting cadence, and revision terms. Project-based work (such as a tracking overhaul or landing page build) is quoted separately with fixed milestones.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We do not guarantee specific rankings, ROAS figures, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Marketing performance depends on factors beyond our control — market conditions, product-market fit, competitive activity, and your own sales and operations. What we do guarantee is a structured process: a written plan, clean tracking, weekly reporting with commentary, and monthly reviews where we adjust based on evidence. Historical benchmarks on our website reflect past client results, not promises for future engagements.
Who owns the ad accounts and data?
You do. Always. We set up or work within ad accounts, analytics properties, and tag manager containers registered to your business. If our engagement ends, you retain full access to all accounts, historical data, creative assets, and reporting dashboards. We do not hold accounts hostage or require proprietary tools that lock you in.
Can you work with our in-house marketing team?
Yes — and we prefer it. Many clients have internal marketers who handle brand, content, or product marketing while we focus on performance channels, tracking, and optimisation. We integrate into your existing workflows, attend your team meetings where useful, and document everything so knowledge transfers smoothly. We are not a replacement for your team; we are a specialist extension of it.
Do you work with businesses outside Singapore?
Yes. While we are based at Keppel Bay Tower, HarbourFront, we serve clients across Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and select international markets. Meetings and reporting are conducted in English, aligned to Singapore business hours unless otherwise agreed. Media buying and SEO work adapts to local platform availability and search behaviour in each market.
